These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the KittyBOT website, online store, products, software-enabled features, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

The Services are operated by Pet Lok Chee Technology Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong, Business Registration Number 79009839 (“KittyBOT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). KittyBOT is our consumer-facing brand.

By accessing or using our website, creating an account, placing an order, purchasing or using a KittyBOT product, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Limited Warranty, and any product-specific instructions, warnings, manuals, or additional terms made available to you. Where applicable, those policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection laws.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to make purchases through the Services.

By using the Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

If you use the Services on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

- interfere with the proper operation, security, or performance of the Services;
- impersonate another person or entity;
- use automated tools to scrape, crawl, extract, or reproduce substantial portions of the Services without authorization;
- reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code from software except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law; or
- use the Services in any manner that could damage KittyBOT, our customers, our systems, or third parties.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access where these Terms are violated.

4. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, images, features, compatibility information, pricing, and availability displayed on our website are accurate.

However:

- colors may appear differently depending on your device or display settings;
- product packaging may change;
- minor product details may vary between production batches;
- products may be updated as part of normal engineering or manufacturing improvements; and
- certain features, accessories, software functions, or services may vary by model, market, or product version.

The applicable product page, user manual, packaging, safety instructions, and product-specific documentation should be reviewed before installation or use.

We reserve the right to modify, update, improve, or discontinue products or features where permitted by law.

5. Prices, Taxes, and Charges

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or at checkout.

Unless otherwise stated, product prices do not necessarily include:

- shipping charges;
- sales, use, value-added, or similar taxes;
- customs duties;
- import fees; or
- other government-imposed charges.

Applicable charges will be displayed, calculated, or collected where required and reasonably practicable.

If an order is affected by a material pricing or listing error, we may contact you and, where permitted by law, cancel or correct the affected order. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, we will issue an appropriate refund.

- you are authorized to use the payment method provided;
- the payment information is accurate; and
- the transaction is not fraudulent or unlawful.

Your use of a particular payment method may also be subject to the terms and privacy practices of the relevant payment provider.

We do not store or control all payment card information directly where payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel transactions that are suspected to involve fraud, unauthorized payment, sanctions violations, unlawful conduct, or other security concerns.

7. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.

After you submit an order, you may receive an order confirmation. This confirms that we have received your order, but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

- product unavailability;
- incorrect pricing or product information;
- payment authorization failure;
- suspected fraud or unauthorized payment;
- unusual or excessive order quantities;
- shipping restrictions;
- sanctions or export restrictions;
- suspected resale or commercial activity not authorized by us; or
- legal or regulatory requirements.

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, we will issue a refund for the cancelled amount using the original payment method or another legally permitted method.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping destinations, processing times, estimated delivery times, shipping charges, delivery restrictions, and other shipping conditions are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be delayed by circumstances including:

- carrier delays;
- severe weather;
- customs inspections;
- public authorities;
- incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
- peak shipping periods;
- force majeure events; or
- circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, tracking information may be made available where supported.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refund eligibility, return authorization procedures, product condition requirements, applicable return shipping costs, restocking conditions where permitted, and refund processing are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Certain pet products may be subject to hygiene-related return restrictions after use, contamination, installation, or contact with pet waste where permitted by applicable law and clearly disclosed in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any return, refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Limited Warranty

Eligible KittyBOT products may be covered by a product-specific limited warranty.

Warranty duration, eligibility, exclusions, remedies, proof-of-purchase requirements, claim procedures, replacement conditions, and related terms are governed by the applicable **Limited Warranty** published on our website or supplied with the product.

The Limited Warranty is in addition to any statutory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Where a product-specific Limited Warranty conflicts with a general statement in these Terms concerning warranty coverage, the product-specific Limited Warranty will control to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Product Use and Safety

KittyBOT products must be installed, operated, cleaned, maintained, and used in accordance with:

- the applicable user manual;
- product labels;
- safety instructions;
- warnings;
- setup instructions; and
- intended-use requirements.

You must not intentionally bypass, disable, defeat, tamper with, or improperly modify product safety systems or protective features.

Do not continue using a product if it appears:

- physically damaged;
- electrically damaged;
- unsafe;
- materially malfunctioning; or
- inconsistent with the applicable safety instructions.

Automatic or smart product functionality is intended to assist normal pet-care routines. It does not eliminate the need for responsible pet ownership, appropriate supervision, maintenance, cleaning, inspection, or veterinary care when required.

Product-specific safety instructions and warnings take precedence over general descriptions on our website.

12. Pets and Responsible Use

KittyBOT products are designed to assist with pet-care activities but are not a substitute for appropriate human supervision or professional veterinary advice.

Individual pets may react differently to automated products.

You are responsible for determining whether a KittyBOT product is suitable for your pet, household environment, and intended use.

If your pet shows unusual behavior, distress, illness, injury, changes in eating, drinking, elimination, mobility, or other health-related symptoms, you should seek appropriate professional veterinary advice.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, KittyBOT products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

13. Software, Firmware, Apps, and Connected Features

Certain current or future KittyBOT products may include:

- embedded software or firmware;
- mobile applications;
- Wi-Fi or other connectivity;
- cloud-based functionality;
- notifications;
- automation;
- data synchronization; or
- third-party integrations.

Availability varies by product and model.

Not every KittyBOT product requires or supports an app, account, Wi-Fi connection, or cloud service.

Software-enabled features may require:

- a compatible device;
- internet access;
- wireless connectivity;
- a KittyBOT or third-party account;
- software or firmware updates; or
- acceptance of additional terms.

We may release software or firmware updates to improve security, reliability, compatibility, performance, or functionality.

Where permitted by law, certain features may be modified, replaced, suspended, or discontinued as technology, security requirements, third-party services, or product support requirements change.

We do not guarantee that every connected feature or third-party integration will remain available indefinitely.

14. Updates and Changes to Products or Services

We may update the Services, software, firmware, product functionality, documentation, or website from time to time.

(collectively, “User Content”).

You represent that:

- you have the right to submit the User Content;
- the content reflects your genuine experience where applicable;
- the content does not infringe third-party rights;
- the content is not unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, or misleading; and
- the content does not contain malware or harmful code.

You retain ownership of your User Content.

By submitting User Content to us for publication, review, support, or promotional use, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to host, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt, and use the User Content for operating, improving, supporting, marketing, and promoting KittyBOT and the Services, subject to applicable privacy and consumer protection laws.

We may remove or restrict User Content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or third-party rights.

17. Intellectual Property

The Services and their contents, including without limitation:

- the KittyBOT brand;
- trademarks;
- logos;
- product designs;
- text;
- photographs;
- graphics;
- videos;
- software;
- firmware;
- code;
- interfaces;
- documentation;
- layouts; and
- other materials

are owned by or licensed to Pet Lok Chee Technology Limited or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by us or by applicable law, you may not:

- copy;
- reproduce;
- republish;
- modify;
- distribute;
- sell;
- license;
- commercially exploit;
- reverse engineer;
- remove proprietary notices; or
- create unauthorized derivative works

from our intellectual property.

No ownership rights in KittyBOT intellectual property are transferred to you by your use of the Services or purchase of a product.

18. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, applications, payment providers, logistics providers, social media services, cloud services, or other third-party platforms.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their:

- content;
- security;
- availability;
- privacy practices;
- accuracy; or
- separate contractual terms.

Your use of third-party services is subject to the terms applicable to those services.

The inclusion of a third-party link does not necessarily imply endorsement by KittyBOT.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any warranty, guarantee, condition, statutory right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pet Lok Chee Technology Limited and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses arising out of or relating to the Services or Products where such liability may lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from a particular product purchase or transaction will not exceed the amount actually paid to us for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability that cannot legally be excluded for:

- fraud;
- fraudulent misrepresentation;
- death or personal injury caused by negligence; or
- other non-excludable liability.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, liabilities, claims, damages, or reasonable costs arising directly from:

If you are a consumer residing in a jurisdiction whose mandatory consumer protection laws provide rights that cannot lawfully be waived or excluded by contract, those mandatory rights remain unaffected.

Any assignment will remain subject to applicable law and mandatory consumer rights.
